Team extension
Senior engineers, inside your team.
Not a vendor you brief through a ticket queue. Engineers who join your repository, your standups and your review process — and leave cleanly the month you no longer need them.
How it works
Four steps, no recruiter theatre.
From the first call to an engineer committing to your repository — typically two to three weeks.
01
Brief
One call to map the gap: the stack, the roadmap pressure, and the seniority the work actually demands. We tell you on that call if we are the wrong fit.
02
Match
You get named engineers with real profiles, not anonymous CVs from a bench. Interview them the way you would interview a hire — decline anyone, at no cost.
03
Embed
They join your repository, your board, your standups and your review process. Ramp-up is on us: the first two weeks are not billed as delivery.
04
Scale
Grow the squad when the roadmap grows, shrink it at the end of any monthly cycle. No renegotiation, no exit penalty, no argument.
Roles
Who we staff.
Senior and lead level across the disciplines a product team actually runs short of.
Terms
The terms, before you ask for them.
Everything here is in the contract. Nothing here is a negotiating position.
No recruitment fee
Sourcing, screening and interviewing cost you nothing. You pay for engineering time once an engineer is working on your roadmap.
Free replacement
If someone is not working out, we replace them and absorb the new engineer's ramp-up. The bar is your judgement, not ours.
Senior only
We do not quietly staff juniors behind a senior rate, and we do not rotate people off your project to cover another one.
Your IP, always
Everything written for you is yours — code, infrastructure definitions, documentation. NDA signed before any product detail is discussed.
Monthly exit
Thirty days' notice ends the engagement cleanly, with the handover documentation already written rather than promised.
Visible work, weekly
A demo of running software every week, and direct access to the engineers. No account manager standing between you and the work.
Honesty
When not to hire us for this.
Three cases where a different instrument beats a dedicated team.
You need one engineer for under a month — hire a contractor, it will cost you less.
You are optimizing purely for the lowest hourly rate. We are not the cheapest option and we will not pretend otherwise.
The scope is fully defined and will not move — a fixed-price project is the better instrument.

Seniors do the work. We hold the date. The code still makes sense a year on.
